How do I pay for a Buildmatic.in purchase?

Buildmatic.in offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Buildmatic?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Buildmatic.in. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. Shipping charges, where applicable, will clearly be mentioned on the checkout page based on product category.


How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and other major countries.

Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

In rare cases, where the transaction seems suspect, Buildmatic reserves the right to hold the transaction and evaluate the details of the transaction.

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.


The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment.


How are items packaged?

All products are packed in waterproof plastic warp. Fragile items are also safely secured with bubble wrap.


What are the situations under which an order can be cancelled?

1.    Cancellation by User: We will be glad to assist you with a cancellation of your order provided the order has not already shipped out. In case the order has shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, we may allow cancellation of your specific order subject to forfeiture of any costs incurred in shipping process.


2.    Cancellation by Buildmatic: Buildmatic may cancel your order in the following exceptional cases

       a.    Product no longer available or out of stock

       b.    Product has been discontinued

       c.    Location cannot be serviced

       d.    Order not in compliance with the Terms of Use our website

       e.    Any Force Majeure event


What is the process of cancellation of a product?

If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel an order for some reason, you can simply send us a mail at support@Buildmatic.in from your registered ID with the details of your Order ID.

What is the policy on replacement or return of a product?

At Buildmatic, we understand how important your purchase is to you. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful and stress free as possible.


We assure you that all products sold on Buildmatic are brand new and 100% genuine. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your product, a replacement or return of your product is a quick and hassle free process and must meet the following conditions

 

1.    Product delivered differs from the product ordered as per details of the invoice

2.    Product delivered is either defective or faulty

3.    Product being returned is in an acceptable condition as per the conditions described below

4.    Product is in the original condition and should not have been used, altered or damaged

5.    All original product labels, logo and packing are completely intact

 


How do I initiate a return or a replacement of a product?

In case you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can inform us within 2 days of receipt of such material by mailing us at support@buildmatic.in from your registered ID with the details of your Order ID, issue being faced and photos showing the nature of issue with the product. Our customer support team will evaluate the issue and inform you about the next steps.


Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity provided it is a standard individual entity.


What is the process for realising a refund?

We endeavour to make your procurement experience as enjoyable as possible. If you are not satisfied with your product for some reason and have returned the product, our operations team will verify the returned products. If everything is in order, we will initiate your refund. You will receive a payment refund with 7-10 days after you receive a confirmation of refund from our side. We will need the following details from your end to process the refund request

•    Bank Name and Location

•    Account Number

•    Account Holders Name

•    IFSC Code


I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.


Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at support@Buildmatic.in and we will gladly help you.
